1. Who sends these messages
Exterminator Suite is pest control software made by Servexi LLC. Pest control companies ("Service Companies") use it to text their customers from a phone number assigned to that company. Each message identifies the Service Company that sent it. Exterminator Suite may also text account users, such as company staff and technicians, about their own accounts.
2. Types of messages
- Customer care messages from a Service Company: appointment reminders and confirmations, "on the way" notices, schedule changes, service reports, invoices and payment receipts, and replies to messages you send.
- Account messages from Exterminator Suite: sign-in and verification codes, security alerts, and account notices for company users.
Marketing or promotional messages are sent only where the recipient has separately agreed to receive them.
3. How you opt in
You receive text messages only after you agree to them. A Service Company collects your consent when you become its customer, for example on a service agreement, an online booking or contact form with an unchecked consent box, or verbally when you schedule service, and records it in Exterminator Suite. Company users opt in to account messages when they add their mobile number to their account. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Example consent language: "By checking this box, I agree to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and billing texts from [Company Name] at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent from that number unless you opt in again by replying START. You can also ask the Service Company directly to stop texting you.
5. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for help, contact the Service Company that texted you, or email us at support@exterminatorsuite.com.
6. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service schedule and account activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages. See our privacy policy for more.
