How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free with every feature. No card is needed to start. Pick a plan any time; you are not charged until the trial ends.
What counts as a technician?
Each person with a login uses one seat. Every plan includes the owner, and each additional person is $39 every 4 weeks.
Why every 4 weeks?
Billing every 4 weeks lines up with recurring service routes. That is 13 bills a year.
Can I change plans or add technicians later?
Yes, any time from Settings. Changes are prorated on your next bill.
What happens if the trial ends and I have not picked a plan?
The office side pauses until you choose a plan. Your customers, schedule and records are saved, and everything is back as soon as you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Is texting included?
Texting is an optional add-on with prepaid credits. Incoming texts are free.
